The worst experience ever. The item never arrived. The 0800 number and also contact form/emails are ineffective, so there is actually no way to contact them. I called the sales manager's number and he promised to send the item on that day, but it's been more than a week and it hasn't arrived yet (same as the previous reviewer's case). I requested the refund by email but there is no reply. I do not understand why such a bad business can still survive.
