Automatically generated Material and Labour Amounts
The Material Quantities and Labour Amounts are Automatically produced with the Built- in formula's from Specification entered e.g. Area of Each Floor, Perimeter, Type and Size of Foundations, Type of Cladding, Size of Joinery Openings, Type of Interior Lining, Number and sizes of Interior doors, etc,. An average Dwelling complete Estimate should only take about 1.5 hours .
Purchase Orders
The Program also produces Purchase Orders for the whole Contract including Subcontractors. These Purchase Orders can be made up of loads setout to arrive on the job as you need them.
Exportable Invoices
When the invoices arrive you can match them up against the Purchase Orders to compare the quantity and price that you allowed, showing any discrepancies.Then you can export all the invoices that you have previously entered to selected Accounting Packages so there is no double entry of Invoices saving valuable time. e.g. MYOB
