9th July 2009 We've experienced many hosting providers, both in New Zealand and abroad.
Traditionally, good local hosts have been expensive for what they offer (usually minimal space and excessive fees when expanding). And overseas hosts have on the whole been cheap but their service has been poor (non-existent in same cases) and often you're left struggling and frustrated with English as a second language support staff. OMG. Enough! A great web host is critical in our books.
Then we met Web Drive. Their fees are very competitive and their support is the best we have encountered. We've got ample space and our sites and client sites are always up! If they also used Skype (text chat) for customer support, they would be a 10 out of 10 instead of a 9.995.
Web Drive are switched on professionals who kick the asses of all of their competitors. Lucky us!
