We stock the best brands in each product category, but we do not stock brands that have excessive failure rates or poor after-sales support by the manufacturer or importer. If you would like us to carry additional brands, let us know.
We stand behind the products we sell, and if a problem arises after delivery we will take the necessary action to ensure the matter is resolved. We will do this fairly and professionally.
We aim to have competitive prices. Although these will be often also be the lowest prices for any given product, we do not strive to compete on price alone. If you search around you may well find a competitor selling the same product for a slightly lower price (but don't forget to compare apples with apples - we ship freight free and we offer an additional discount for direct credit payments).
We respect your judgement. Unless you ask for advice, we will assume you know what you want. But if you do want our advice, we are only too happy to give it.
