11th March 2014 While this business has repaired my MacBook Air in the past without many problems, they took their fair time to do so and had a disrespectful and impolite attitude as though I was simply another customer ruining this guy's day. The same thing happened when I tried to get an answer about my MacBook Pro running hot - I had prepared a minute- or two-minute long explanation for him as to the problem, and he simply answers with "Yeah".
In conclusion, I would honestly rather travel to the other side of Auckland to get better service.
