I was very disappointed to pull out my daughter Azariah Tuitama from your preschool this afternoon.
The level of customer service my son Javahn and I received when we were there today to pick up Azariah was totally unacceptable. As I told you it was not his fault he came inside to look for his sister as I had sent him in to do so because it was pass the designated pick up time of 3pm and there was no sign of her coming out. I was very upset by the fact that you repeatedly yelled at Azariah's uso matua, Javahn, right in front of me and told him that he was not welcome there and to remove himself from the premises and wait outside the fence in the rain. How can you call your school "Feloai Ma Uso" when you treat your student's own uso's like this? He was very very upset that you spoke to him in that way and after speaking to Azariah about it, she too was upset that her "Aunty Karen" spoke to her uso like that and is very glad the she doesn't have to return to such a mean school.
Your customer services skills need a lot of work and I hope you get these skills as soon as possible before you offend other parents and their families. If you need help gaining some professionalism, please do not hesitate to contact me as I would be glad to help you out
