Frasers Cafe & Espresso Bar is a popular family run cafe, an institution on the Mt Eden dining scene. It attracts people from all over Auckland, for its delicious hearty fare made from quality fresh ingredients.
Frasers offers Breakfast, bruch, lunch and dinner, with prices ranging from $15 to $25.
Frasers has a children's menu, vegetarian options and seating for around 50 patrons.
The dress code, as befits a friendly neighbourhood cafe, is casual.
5th December 2011 One of the best looking food cabinets in town! Packed with delicious treats for morning or afternoon tea, or a late night hot choc catch up. A favourite spot for meeting up with friends. However, the food is a bit overpriced, wait for takeaway coffee is usually long and the decor is lacking (cramped, peeling paint, etc). Cafe itself needs a bit of love. Staff are lovely though, and the cakes are second to none! Definitely worth a try if you're in Mt Eden.

23rd September 2010 Not at all impressed with this place. Went there with a friend. I got my coffee and had drunk over half of it before hers arrived. How bad is that. The service left a lot to be desired. I would not go back.

11th September 2010 Great place to have breakfast. It was busy on the Saturday that we were there a few weeks back but our coffee arrived in good time and our food was not far behind. Great food and coffee. I can see why it is a popular place.

23rd July 2010 A great cafe in Mt Eden Village. It's very popular so not always easy to get a table! They do a very good breakfast, and have a great selection of cakes and slices - the carrot cake is yummy - if you want to catch up with up friends over a coffee

14th July 2010 A great café in the heart of Mt Eden, which is why it has remained a local favourite. The large space with large windows gets filled up quickly, especially on Saturday mornings. Their breakfast menu is a special take on the standard fare. My wife had the French toast, while I had the Israeli salad. Both yummy.
great food and great chef, great muffins best in the area
