12th November 2013 We've used Cat's Whiskers for years but unfortunately its changed hands and its not the same level of care for our cats. I was told that our cats would be fed the same food they get at home (Purina biscuits) for the 2 days we put them in boarding. When we went to pick them up their bowls were full of some other much cheaper brand and they hadn't eaten any of them (no full bowls left at our house ever!) so were quite hungry and stressed out. Im happy to bring my own biscuits if a cattery cant/won't provide the same food even though food is part of the charge as our cats dont like to chop and change their food types/brands. The charges also seemed to be higher than other previous times which I wasn't expecting, so altogether the experience wasn't satisfactory and we wont return to Cat's Whiskers again.
