The roastery was originally sited at 233 Symonds Street, but soon the company had grown to a point where a bigger roaster and dedicated roasting site were needed.
233 Symonds Street has been converted into an award winning espresso bar; the roastery has relocated to Edwin Street, just off Mt Eden Road and features a 25kg Diedrich roaster from the USA.
