I like a lot of the items in store, some are a bit naf with way too much detail. I like simplicity, as i think it's classier.I have spent a lot of $ at Merric in the last few months, & asked if they had a loyelty card. The assistant signed me up but the system was playing up, so she said could i start from my next purchase, ehh , no, why should i? I spent $70 which is nearly a third of my way to my my first freebee.

This is a great fashion store. When I fly in to NZ, this is my first stop, every visit. I buy clothes in New York, London and Sydney - and Merric! You have bang on trend looks for excellent prices. When I wear your clothes I have had people ask me if its designer gear! Just one thing, Merric designers, as one of the blonde, blue eyed buyers, please include colours for us. We don't wear black and we don't wear autumnal colours. Can you introduce some of the mid tones to your repetoire? We'd spend more if you gave us more to choose from.

It has Great prices are good and has a nice wide range of cloths. I have no idea what that sadiest ladie is going on about dresses "falling apart" do you know how to use your washing machine correctley? My girl friend works in a diffrent retail store that sells smilar cloths and its people liek you who make her day bad. Srsly..

Shop manager refused to give any contact details, when I tryed to return a dress that was the 2nd one that had fallen apart when I put it on, under the fair trading act you are entitled to a refund if the goods are of poor quality and of non merchantable quality. Will try and resolve but failing that will have no choice but to go to the disputes tribunal
