I have got to know Angel well because she is so cheerful and helpful and has ALWAYS done really good work for me for a very reasonable price. That included 2 really complicated things that involved taking the front of t-shirts and making it the back, and the back the front.

I see another reviewer has a different view but maybe doesn't realise that giving someone doing alterations trousers measurements, getting them altered and later deciding they are too short is not bad service. It's called changing your mind. Good luck to that person in trying to find a clothing company that can mind read and tell that the measurements you bring may not be the ones you actually want.

About 3-3.5 months ago we had two pairs of trousers to shorten and slim. When I went to pick them up, they were altered but creased. I had to ask her to iron them and waited more than half an hour. Last week I rang to tell her the trousers were too short; I didn't realise before as I hadn't had a chance to see my husband wearing them as he left early in the morning and got home late. She argued the trouser had been washed; but all other dimensions are unchanged. She wanted us to pay for the alteration again. Service and workmanship were poor. Be careful with these people.
