20th January 2011 A very disappointing experience dealing with the St Lukes branch of North Beach. I brought a gift voucher for $50 on the 29th Nov 2010 which I still hold the receipt of purchase. It was lost with the rush of Christmas and chucked out with the Christmas wrap. I must admit I didn't spend all Christmas day looking for it as I knew I had the receipt of purchase. I go along to explain the situation and was told that there was not replacement.. Great way to flush $50 down the Loo! The reason given was that the store computer systems are not linked-this is 2011! Sorry not impressed with the no replacement policy of lost gift vouchers and have never come across this before in any other retail store. To add salt to the injury one of the Managers, Maria said she would call me back on this matter - no phone call was received! :( Not a happy camper!
