22nd May 2012 I used this company recently after I was advised by the property management company to use them as the recommended carpet cleaners. The carpets were requiring just a usual clean. I was very disappointed with their service for the follwoing reasons:
1. Said they would turn up and were late by 30 minutes (I needed to call them to see if they were coming)
2. The carpets didnt appear all that clean after cleaning
3. The invoice arrived and it was different to what was quoted initially (13 dollars more when I has specifically asked for GST inclusive price initially)
I suggest that you think twice before using them - may appear cheaper but infact after the invoice was sent it wast any different to the 2 others and th job was not very good.
