18th July 2017 I don't like giving bad reviews but I have had two dealings with Francis Place. They were friendly, but that was where it stopped. I had minor rust repairs done to the roof of my vehicle. They were slow, could not give me a time for completion, and there was always an excuse for the delay. The job took over a month, but a few months after that the rust came back worse than it was before the repair. They took it back to fix it, and again it took over a month. When I went to pick it up the paintwork was unfinished, there was over-spray (onto the sunroof and roof trim), and a new dent in one of the doors. I had to get my vehicle out of there. I would not recommend or ever use again.

4th November 2013 Very slow (2 months for minor damage), and unable to even provide an estimate of when the car would be ready. This was after a month. Job done was mediocre - rough around the tail lights, a small bit of fabric in the paint. Would not use again.
