Welcome to Rutherford Street Kindergarten

We are a Parent Managed Centre that has been established for over 40 years. We run morning and afternoon sessions like state kindergartens, but we have a full day licence. Therefore children could stay from 8.30 - 3.30.

Our maximum roll is 27 children per session.

We offer 20 ECE hours to all children over the age of 3.

Age of children enrolled is 2 to 5 years.

On Friday Mornings we hold a transition to school class for 4 year olds only.

We are close to Nelson CBD.
