13th May 2011 Had mower serviced in February 2011. When I picked it up the guy behind the counter couldn't use a calculator to add the GST so guestimated the invoice resulting in a 23 cent overpayment. 23 cents is neither here nor there except for the fact that my bank statement doesn't match the invoice and ultimately their office had the same problem because in May 2011 they phoned to demand payment of a 90 day overdue account. Not only are their systems unprofessional but also their service is substandard.
