Battenman

Battenman are qualified installers of Anylength custom run ceiling systems. Anylength custom run ceiling systems can be supply only or supplied and installed to most residential buildings. We manufacture all of our own ceiling battens cut to length for each specific contract. Battenman are the Factory approved supply and installation company operating near you.

Anylength steel ceiling battens are roll formed with a specially shaped 35mm furred channel from galvanized steel, cut to length for each room. Each length has the room for which they have been run printed on the batten. Because each batten is specific to each room it eliminates costly waste and on site rubbish.

The knurled face of the batten is created to ensure an excellent surface for glue adhesion and helps prevent screws from slipping. Anylength steel ceiling battens do not bend, twist, shrink or warp, therefore they maintain a straight and level ceiling once installed.
Anylength steel ceiling battens are manufactured in New Zealand especially to support Dry Wall Plasterboard and Fibrous Plaster ceilings and comply with the NZ Building code.

All supply and fix installations are guaranteed against faulty workmanship when supplied and installed by a qualified Battenman installation crew.

The use of 150/140mm x 35mm top plate is the most cost effective method of installing "Battens"

Batten Hangers may be used especially where there is a variation in truss heights.

Each house is measured individually, eliminating costly onsite waste.

Trained installers ensure battens are fixed in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
