6th February 2013 Me too, bought the $289 voucher for "finger food for 30 people (value $1230)". Unfortunately what I received was very different from the classy fare shown in the photos. "Classic coupon bait and switch" was my first thought, having been stung like this before. I did send feedback to the vendor, and was pleasantly surprised that they appeared to be genuinely interested in feedback and even asked me for more suggestions, and then promised to send a special platter to show me how they had implemented some of these suggestions. So, although the initial effort was somewhat disappointing, I am hopeful they are keen to improve, so wouldn't write them off completely. I do think the "value $1230" thing needs to be removed from all coupon ads as it is deceptive. And the photos need to be changed so that they are of the actual dishes that do go out as part of this deal.

3rd February 2013 Me too, bought the $289 voucher for "finger food for 30 people (value $1230)". Pfffff. The "quiches" were only marginally better than savouries I could have got from the supermarket. All the other stuff so very VERY different from the classy fare shown in the photos. Like the other reviewer, I was gutted when the food arrived, thought OMG I could have done much better for $300 elsewhere with no discount. To call this "$1230 value" is a false claim that needs to be directed to the Commerce Commission, actually. Classic coupon bait and switch.

13th November 2012 Brought a voucher for catering, really bad, spent $300.00, "finger food for 30 people" I complained to deal broker and to owner of King's. Too bad, What I could have bought and fed my guests with for the $300.00 - it makes me very angry. Happy to elaborate if required. I cannot say anything constructive, except that the food arrived on time. Eating it was another matter!
