Car Audio Shop
18th April 2011 Gee, thanks for your comments. Especially the "weirdo" bit.
And thanks for taking the time to post the first negative review I have ever had!
People like you make 20 years in the business seem worthwhile!
The reason there are few (Car Audio) customers in my shop is the same reason that all the other specialists have gone belly up.
Every chain store in Auckland sells stereo gear as a loss leader, and since we can't make a profit selling things for half what we pay trade, people do not buy product from us.( I still get plenty of clients with technical problems.)
The Product was not American.
Fusion is Chinese and I advised that the Speaker magnets were so large that they would not fit without serious modification to the vehicle.
I have experienced huge failure rates with some products and therefore will not install them.
I have stocked better American products such as Phoenix Gold and Boston Acoustics, but some of their speakers are also not suitable direct replacements for the majority of Japanese vehicles.
Oh well, the Tyre shop you bought the gear from should be able to fit the stuff.
Best of luck finding another experienced installer.

17th February 2011 What a weirdo this guy is. told to leave his shop as I had American product I wanted some help with, apparently he thinks American product is rubbish even though his web page says he stocks several American brands.
Threw my speakers on his desk not very respectful. a quote from his web site says "Our business depends on Customer Satisfaction!" what a way to satisfy customers, I guess this is why every time i drive past there is no one there.
Was also told "putting speakers into my car would be vandalizing it and is what boy racers do". why is this man in this industry then. if you want service with a smile and some one to help out with your car audio install this is defiantly not the place to go.
