29th February 2012 I have had the worst experience with Wilson Parking Ltd. I have used their parking facilities on and off for a number of years without issues. Until last week when i was incorrectly charged an extra $28 for parking at an Auckland City parking facility. I called their 0800 number straight away and was told to email a copy of my receipt into their office and they will arrange a refund. I tried doing this yesterday and at first got a plain response trying to explain away the reason they shouldnt refund me. After 2 emails back and forth they finally had no further excuses so decided not to respond to me at all! I tried emailing again requesting a response and still got nothing. Absolutely terrible. Will never use facilities again and am absolutely disgusted at their lack of Customer Service. Will be taking this one to small claims which will cost me more then the refund but I feel I have no other option. They cannot get away with doing this to people.
