This dealer wasmso rude, he did come out to the yardmthe first time and we said we were happy just looking, after looking at lots of other cars in tauranga we went bqck to this one as the car we wanted was on the yard and we would have been keen to purchase, we looked at it for 15mins and he didnt come out so we wentlooking for him, he was hidden right down behind his desk, husband asked if we could take for a drive, he didnt say much and found the key, didnt want our names or drivers licence. When wemcame bqck we queried the very low kms on it for a 2004 car, and asked if it had a km verification cert, he said people like us have just got to get over it and that kms were genuine despite saying it had never had the odometer out to be certified. It had a warrenton it that expired in june 2012 and the oil was thick black. We asked him the,price and he said itsmon the car, after his rude manner we said thanks and we would talk about it, as we walked away he said NO you wont your just time wasters!!! We have never ever been talked to like that at any dealer and if he continues to be so rude to people he will struggle to sell cars, we definately would not buy a car from him as we know there would be difficulties with his after care if needed, shame as he lost a sale.
