Sola cafe is located in the heart of Grahamstown, at the North end of Thames in the Coromandel.
All the food is cooked on the premises with fresh top quality ingredients. It is warm and inviting in winter with interesting contemporary artwork on the walls. In summer there is Al fresco street dining or tranquil herb garden seating at the rear.
Offering gluten free dining options and lots of yummy treats.
30th July 2012 Very disappointed with our experience here.
Ordered takeaway coffees and savory muffins. Firstly the lady at the counter was not very friendly when taking our order. Our tomato and cheese muffins did not get heated and tasted like 2minute noodle flavoring. When our coffees were delivered they were quickly (with a bit of force), put on the table we were waiting at, and one of the treats on top flew off onto the ground and the waitress just looked at it and walked away. Coffees were also not hot. Very few smiling staff...
Overall i would not go again and would not recommend.
