I will be making a serious complaint to MAXX as on Saturday the 17th of this month, the 11:18pm train from britomart to henderson was cancelled. They provided free taxis which was okay but they didnt turn up till about 11:45pm. There was an earlier taxi but it was full. I was disgusted when an employee got in that taxi and took up a space which could have been used by a customer!! The employee got in the taxi and left everyone else there, with no details or anything about when more taxis were coming. I was absolutely disgusted! I didnt get into Henderson till about 12.10am! I had missed the bus i was going to catch home so i had to walk home. As a 16 year old girl i didnt feel very safe walking home at that time of the morning! It was a good half an hour walk too. There were other girls my age also who had to walk as they had missed the bus or ride they were getting from the train station. I think it was ridiculous and that there should have been rail busses ready to take us straight away. Somehow i dont think they found out the train was cancelled at 11.18pm so therefore they should have known earlier to have other transport avaliable. I am so disgusted with what happend!
