10th October 2016 Waited for over 90 minutes for a tow, was very rude and dismissive when he showed up. Never apologized for being so terribly late. Kept asking me what "I had done to it" and when I said nothing, it's just been breaking down lately and had just gotten out of the shop he kept saying that it had nothing to do with the "service" (it had just gotten back from a repair). Was so rude that the young man (21 year old) who was with me felt the need to try to take over the situation since it was apparent he had no desire to speak to a woman in anything but a rude fashion. Company then towed the car to the wrong automotive repair shop and on the phone were adamant that they hadn't. I had just spoken to the shop and I can *see* them from my workplace. When I told them repeatedly it wasn't there, I had spoken to the shop, he asked me where I was (??) and I said, "At work, across from the repair shop!". Then he finally conceded that maybe it wasn't there (like I was too stupid to understand the repair shop guy's words or was lying??) and that he would check with his driver.
So much unnecessary frustration on both my one day off of work and on a Monday morning. All it would have taken was a bit of common courtesy from the onset and when the mistake occurred and I wouldn't be even mentioning it, but it's been nothing but systemic rudeness from this outfit, so I will systemically let people know just how unacceptable this group is.

They turned up over 5 PM, not me but charger extra change because it was over 5 PM.
Later when I called them form police station, they even told a lie that it waa not extra change saying it was basic rate....
