I went to Exquisite for a eyelash perm and tint, and a brow wax and tint.. Eyebrows were great BUT Eyelashes looked liked they weren't permed at all... Could have added a bit of mascara and it would have done a better job! I complained and left a message on their answer phone wanting a refund or vouchers to fix the matter AND THEY DIDN'T GET BACK TO ME!!! Good service on the day, but a bit disappointed on the overall result with the lashes....I would have been fine with the job re done or something to compensate the money but they mustn't care! Never going back there again!
