WOW! If you want a cheap nasty haircut, this is the place for you! I've been there twice. (I know, I should learn a lesson right?) The first time I was given a shampoo without being told it cost $8 on top of the $30 for the cut. The young guy who shampood my hair was obviously unhappy about another worker having the day off and kept moaning to another employee about it. I asked for a fringe 3 times before she actually gave me one. The second time I went it looked like new management or something the customer service was good, so I decided to give it another go. So I picked a simple layered bob out of one of their magazines, and the guy hairdresser totally hacked at it, he chopped it all off and made me look like a boy. It is crooked and hideous. This to me, is the kind of place who gives hairdressers a bad name, I will never go there again and I will tell anyone I know the same. I only gave them half a star cause I couldnt give them 0!
