I bought a grabone deal for a pamper and wow package. When I arrived, there had been a mix up with my appointment, despite booking a month in advance, so I had to wait nearly 45mins to go in. During this time (as the place was empty) I asked for a haircut. Not realising at the end I was going to be charged 68dollars for less than 10 minutes it took to do a dry cut. The massage and facial were very good and at that point i would have definitely considered returning for future treatments. However, I did not receive the brow tint that was stated in the deal. I was also made to feel like a nuisance when I asked about "professionally applied makeup" that was also supposed to be included in the deal but did not get. After asking, she applied some mineral makeup and lipgloss (without asking my preference) which took less than 1 minute - not so much the "wow" I was expecting. I would have had a better experience at the Clinique counter. Unfortunately this experience was really very disappointing and i will not return in future.
