We know that the postings were placed and incited by a well planed forum consisting of ex-employee(s) and or competitor(s). Their sole purpose being to tarnish the reputation of Advanced Hair Studio out of desperation for their own gain.
So this person is not an existing or a past client of Advanced Hair Studio and has not undergone any procedure(s) with us and so has nothing to do with this organisation.
Obviously we recognize the fact that Hair loss is an emotional and a serious problem and we are dealing with an extremely sensitive area (business). We do genuinely try to match expectations of each client by performing one or multiple procedures out of the 4 completely different unique/ patented procedures what we have under the same roof. This is provided the client follows the recommended procedure(s), we are then able to achieve highly satisfactory results.
Goes without saying that's the reason we have become World's LARGEST Company in this segment.
Common sense, no company can expand their network from one city to the other, one state to the other and from one country to the other without satisfying their clients. The very reason AHS operates and has expanded its network from New Zealand to USA is because we are committed to perform and produce satisfactory results for each client who comes to our doorstep.
If a client has any concern with our procedure(s) or with the results, we encourage them to write an email on feedback@advancedhairstudioindia.com and we will address the problem in satisfactory and timely fashion. So if someone is a genuine client, we request them to get in touch with a Studio Manager of that respective city and also write on the above email ID to discuss the concern.
If you are a legitimate complainant this would be much more productive and sensible then posting possible inflammatory statements on this site. If you're not a legitimate complainant, we request the reader to ignore this posting and believe in the world's largest company.
8th July 2012 I started with laser therapy. It didn't work out at all so was told to do strand by strand. I was told by Glen who I believe is just after his commission and doesn't care about actual treatment. I was excited as this could be a solution. He mentioned full head of hair when I leave. He didn't explain additional cost after its done. I got in for this strand by strand. They shaved my head n just glue a wig. It's a worst ever thing anyone would like to do on the head. It's better to be bald. Im extremely disappointed with them. I was told the hair will last for more then 5 years but it didn't take more then 5 days when I started to see bits coming off. Im regretting taking this option. It' just a waste of money and time. If you are planning to do this then I would suggest save you money for other things.

25th April 2012 Do not go to this place. Do not use their services. Firstly they say that the results are guaranteed. However after you have paid for the procedure, then they have you sign a looooong 6 page contract, which basically states that infact they can not guarantee any positive results.
Also do not fall for any limited time discount offers from they advertise, the promotions are always ongoing and are not for 'limited' time at all.
To add to all this, their service was also extremely poor. Once you pay them they dont give a damn about your satsfaction!! I had to constantly call back to them to see if my medication monoxidil has arrived or not instead of them calling to inform me... something they promised!!!. I still have a few medications outstanding that were in my programme, never given to me. The products are all useless and everything they offer can be bought online (including laser and monodixil) for relatively cheaper!! DO NOT BE FOOLED

20th March 2012 Partner and I paid in full, $10,000.00 cash to the Wellington branch after viewing their 'professional' tv ads, for two strand by strand hair systems and Flashpoints hair extensions.
Were told to wait 6-8 weeks for our orders to arrive.
To date, haven't heard from them (no customer service) except when we the customers initiate contact regarding our order/s etc. After over 8 weeks waiting, still no customer service from them. They have been long on promises and apologies, but very short on treating their customers right. Totally unprofessional treatment of cash customers here. AHS get your act together! Anyone thinking of investing in their treatments, think very carefully!

27th August 2011 Completely misleading. Strand by Strand treatment (just a hairpiece) is not only uncomfortable but started coming off after a week. First of all they will start you on laser therapy, they will then start to make these treatments less frequent. After a while they will advise the laser is not working and suggest you have the strand by strand treatment. Strand by strand is getting back your "full head of hair" its merely a hairpiece the glue down after they shave the area of your hair. Seems to be the same story with most people. If you are not after an uncomfortable expensive hairpiece then do not take this treatment.
