I got my eyebrows done there, loooovely staff, but anyway, they asked if i wanted them plucked "i was hesitant due to growing them out, thin ones aren't good on my face" and she said she'd just pluck in the middle. i get home, and oops, theres hairs missing where i didn't want them to be. She did intact pluck my brow, I have random spots with no hairs, and the outer of my brow is so thin i can't even rescue it with a pencil. so not happy >:(
