These guys are great - always helpful and willing to spend time finding the right solution - not just the most expensive one. I've used them a few times after another local plumbing firm was less than helpful. The guy spent half an hour with me, disassembling a tap to replace some worn O-rings. Other plumbing outfits I've visited would never dream of offering such service, preferring to sell me a whole new tap or cartridge rather than attempt to repair the new one.
