We were in on Saturday for your sale, it was wonderful to see so many smiling staff willing to help, even though you were inundated with customers we did not feel rushed. Bonus having a free coffee and the young lady who was making it was lovely and it was good see you really did have genuine sale prices. We walked out happy after spending $1300. Highly recommend Elite Bathrooms, and well done to your staff.

Our team of experts can oversee the whole project from start to finish. We'll help choose tapware, tiles, baths, vanities and accessories that you'll still love in years to come.

We will assist with design ideas based on your wish-list and budget with a CAD drawing layout. With our help there's nothing to worry about, so all that's left to do is get excited about your new bathroom!

Our renovation experts will oversee the project from start to finish including:

- Free in-home measure and quote

- Fully project managed from start to finish

- Showroom consultations for product choice

- Qualified designers and tradesmen

- Servicing as far south as Bombay to the City

On acceptance of the quote, you will then be in the very capable hands of the Project Manager Jodey (a builder by trade) and his experienced team.

Your full bathroom renovation will be covered by a 10 year warranty (with an exception to products which will be covered by the brand warranty).

The beautiful showroom aside I also just wanted to mention how friendly and helpful everyone was that we spoke to on Saturday - by far the most pleasant and helpful team we have come across on our quest for a new bathroom (which let's be honest, as exciting as a new bathroom is, shopping for one isn't the most fun you could be having on a sunny Saturday morning!). I'm happy to give a 5 star rating. I have used Elite Bathrooms twice now and in particular Gareth O'Brien. I have found that Elite not only have a great range of product but also great knowledge. A note to say the bathroom is finished and we are thrilled with it. Thank you for all your help in planning. The black bench top put a very classy finish to it - worth the extra money. We were happy to accept the quotation, which was competitive with the three others received, for our bathroom renovation. The design was good and we were happy that the six months we spent planning the bathroom would be worthwhile in terms of functionality and aesthetics. Unfortunately despite apparently having a queue system so they didn't take on more work than they can effectively do, our experience was that the management of the job was poor. We ended up having to check each day ourselves against the plans that what was ordered was done and then get mistakes (many) rectified. The tradespeople they contract seem fine in the main though not one seemed to refer to the plans- hence the need for an effective project manager. We wouldn't use the firm again ourselves.

We would just like to say a big thankyou to Elite Bathroomware for our new bathroom. We are so pleased with the quality of the products and your tradesmen, from the designer and the project manager, to the builders, plumber, electrician, gib stopper, painter and tiler, they were all fantastic. We entered into our renovations with some trepidation but we need not have worried, it all went so smoothly and we were impressed with how the trades people respected our home and left everything so tidy. You were very competitive in your pricing and we made the right decision in choosing Elite Bathroomware. We contracted Elite Bathroomware after seeing their advertising in the local paper. In the advertisement, Elite looked like a reputable, long established, professional company who took pride in their work. After contacting them to get a quote, the Renovation and Sales Consultant visited our home on time and displayed a professional (but easy going) and knowledgeable attitude towards bathroom renovations. Despite my numerous emails (upgrading the original quote), Elite responded promptly and without an attitude. The contractors were always punctual, they created little mess (surprisingly), and cleaned up spotlessly at the end of the day. All Elite Bathroomware contractors produced quality work, had an easy going and trust worthy attitude to the point that I had no hesitation leaving them in our house as we left to go on holiday. The job was completed within the agreed time frame. We are absolutely wrapped with the final result - the quality of products and the high level of workmanship. We would have no hesitation to recommend Elite Bathroomware to others. Thank you so much for such a hassle free experience. Earlier this year I commissioned Elite Bathroomware to renovate two bathrooms ... my 20-year old family bathroom and the master bedroom ensuite. From the design process right through to completion I was impressed. Every contractor who came to the house was friendly, professional and experienced .. the team scheduled the work on both bathrooms so that we still had one available for use, and the site was always left tidy at the end of the day, keeping disruptions to a minimum. The work was completed on time and budget and the new bathrooms look absolutely gorgeous .. I am delighted with the end result. Would definitely use Elite again. Angela Donohoe
