Autobelts did a prompt job of fitting Seatbelts and a baby restraint to the van but it wasn't a clean job. He ripped the fabric above where the bolt had to go leaving an untidy finish. He also removed 4 plastic fittings one of which was lost and wasn't replaced. When I rang him he didn't make any attempt to sort the situation out, stating that he installed the baby restraint free of charge. I don't feel that it is acceptable practice to not tell customers what has happened and then use free of charge jobs as a fall back. Pretty disappointing considering the cost. I won't use his shop again.
