Our furniture is of high quality. Clean beds, solid wood furniture, Lounges suites, bedroom and dining furniture and more... We also have revamped and up cycled furniture. We sell the easy NO sand and primer Creative Moments paint for a chalk finish and all the accessories for you to revamp your own furniture. Not impressed at all with this company, my reasons for this negative review are as follows: 1) How many times do you have to contact a company to get an issue resolved? 2) They cannot resolve our Fridge/Freezer issue so we've requested a refund (after a total of 4 months' worth of mucking around). They have refused to refund our money and even refused to deal with us because we are finally requesting our money back (Please see the consumer Guarantees Act if you are confused about your rights as a consumer| http://www.consumer.org.nz/reports/consumer-guarantees-act/putting-it-right). 3) They were great initially but as time progressed they have become rather aggravated and are really hard to deal with. All we want is our money back so we can get a new Fridge/Freezer; instead these guys are making things difficult.

After 4 years of business, these have been the only people we were not able to please. The fridge was no longer under warranty, but we still gave them a replacement fridge. Their complaint was that the replacement was not quite as big as the original one and we were happy to give them one once we got one in. This can take more then a day as we are a secondhand shop and can not just order one in. We can not give refunds on social welfare quotes for obvious reasons and once I was threatened I refused to deal with these people. A bit of patience from them, and we would have been able to resolve the issue without any hassles.
