14th November 2013 Really a horrible company to deal with, and should be avoided by all people looking to rent!
Ridiculously obnoxious to try to have a discussion with, and exceedingly self-conceited. The manager is rude and snarky and treated me without a shred of respect.
They charge a letting fee which for tenants is a week's rent +GST, but this is not made clear and is in the fine print of details. While on their website this seems to be their payment for property inspections, setting up rent and bond payments, and being a go-between for tenants, my experience with them is that they provided none of these services, or any services beyond the initial Trademe ad, but still charge you an ridiculous amount. Much better to go with Quinovic or an independent landlord when looking to flat.
