Ordered the flower again from Roses Are Red. It's a great services to provide the photo of what the bouquet looks like, and the responding time is fast, no hassle at all. Love their artistic touch to the flowers, will order again for sure. :)

I've used Roses are Red a number of times since leaving NZ last year to mark special moments for my family members that I've missed out on, and have been very happy with the service every time. They always deliver on time, and the photo provided of the actual flowers sent is reassuring. Every recipient has been stoked with their gift!

I ordered white lilies for my girlfriend last year from Roses are Red and they were superb, some of them were just beginning to flower when they arrived which meant they lasted for several days. Would order again.

I found Roses Are Red online by chance and have been using them for many years. Every order has been perfect - beautiful flowers, delivered on time and seamless service. I live overseas so it is great to have a reliable service and definitely the best florist I have found anywhere. The website is really easy to use and well laid out. It is great to be able to see what you are buying. I also love the emailed picture of the bunch of flowers ordered. I cannot recommend Roses Are Red highly enough. Keep up the great work!

This is my second review for roses are red. I send flowers now and again to my extended family in New Zealand, I live in the UK. Every time I use them, I find the experience to be a good one,any problems I do have are sorted out straight away as the web site is so user friendly and I love how they send emails telling you how your order is going the last one with a photo of the flowers. I will certainly carry on using roses are red in the future as I feel confident & comfortable with their service . John Errington

I was googling looking for appropriate flowers to send a dear collegue whos mother sadly passed away. I wanted something subtle but classy. Roses to Red where so helpful and easy to deal with and very reasonably priced. It is usually so disappointing when you pick flowers on line but they don't look anything like what the website shows. Thankfully this is not the case with Roses To Red, they send you a picture of what has been sent, I loved the fact that you actually see what has gone out. They looked just like the website and I was really happy. Will highly recommend and will be usuing again. Thank you so much

A last minute plan to surprise my friend with some flowers worked wonders. Roses Are Red do what they say and deliver on the same day as promised. I love how I even got a photo in my email of the final packaging. Highly recommend Roses Are Red, will be using you again =)

I ordered these flowers from Australia for delivery to Auckland, New Zealand, and everything went very smoothly. The flowers were beautifully arranged and very fresh. I ordered a newborn package for my sister in Aukland. I am in the US. It arrived at the time that I was able to see it too via Skype. It was nicely packaged and glad to know that it wasn't just flowers that they had. I appreciated their concern on packaging too.

Used their online service. Ordered from the UK for my 87 year old Great Aunt in NZ, as a belated birthday surprise. Received email the very next morning (UK time) with a photo of the bouquet of flowers, which was an excellent choice put together by the florist. I also received an email to confirm they had been delivered. My Great Aunt was so overwhelmed to receive such a lovely bouquet, she even got her neighbour to come and have a look. She was very happy when I phoned her that morning (evening in NZ), which in turn made me very happy and glad I had made the right choice selecting Roses Are Red. I will certainly be using Roses Are Red again. Highly recommend. Excellent service. Thank you, Roses Are Red :)

Oh my, with all the great reviews I definately would have expected top quality service from Roses Are Red. However, this has not been the case for me. I have experienced less than satisfactory customer service from this company. I'm amazed that they would treat a previously good customer/client in the way I have been treated. Valentines Day and the mistake THEY made and instead of finding a suitable remedy for this mistake and offering good customer service in order to keep me, all they could offer was a refund as a quick solution. Refunds should only be offered as a last resort!! Absolutely no compassion or comprehension as to how they failed the customer. There are lots of other Florists out there and I will be going elsewhere with my business in future. Be wary of Roses Are Red.

I Have ordered Flowers from here a few times now and every time has been amazing, the flowers smell great, look absolutely gorgeous and my recipents have always been super happy! Love them and wont go elsewhere :)

I recently ordered flowers from roses are red for my daughter in laws birthday.I was attracted by the website which is very user friendly. Not only did they deliver the flowers on time but they also sent me confirmation together with a picture of the flowers . I found the whole experience of dealing with the company very satisfying and will be using them again. John Errington.

I have ordered flowers from Roses Are Red twice now and I will definately be ordering from them whenever I need flowers. I really like how they send you a picture of what they are dispatching so you get to see what you have sent :)

The best florist I have ever used and will always be first choice whenever I need to buy or send flowers to someone. Great service and wonderful, beautiful fresh flowers every time!. I really love it they send me a photo of whatever flowers I have ordered, on the day of delivery, which gives me complete peace of mind that the flowers I've ordered look great and will be delivered on time.

Roses are Red is THE BEST florist I hav ever used! The arrangements are gorgeous and fun, the service is awesome and very competitive pricing. I now have them book marked and won't look anywhere else! The online ordering system is seamless and when I got an email photo of the arrangement I had ordered and sent I was very very impressed. Tnank you and keep up the FABULOUS work. I'll be back!

Placed the order at 9.15am - the flowers were delivered at 11.50am. Incredible service!! Have used Roses are Red a few times now and will continue to do so. The picture I have received is absolutely beautiful so I know the person who received them will love them!

I have ordered flowers from Roses are Red a few times before as I find them great to deal with and their floral arrangements are beautiful. They also deliver on days like Mother's day which falls on a Sunday and most florists don't deliver on a Sunday so it's quite handy. I was impressed also with the photo they emailed me of the arrangement before it was delivered, since I couldn't be there to see them in person it was great to have the photo. My Mum loved them.

The flowers arrived perfectly packaged and beautifully decorated. Great service on a short time frame - and love the idea of receiving a picture of the arrangement as confirmation! Love it and will be using these guys again in the future. :)

There are many different online florists all over the internet, but I decided on Roses Are Red because they looked professional and I liked the idea that you were sent a picture of the bouquet before it was sent off for delivery. I'm so glad I found this website and will use them again for Mother's day next. Highly recommended.

I have used Roses Are Red services in previous years and always satisfied with their work and service. I had to deal with them again 2 days in a row (4th and 5th April 2012). I communicated with them via email through their website as I'm currently overseas. They were very helpful and tried to accommodate my requests.First order was a beautiful bouquet of flowers where I asked for specific colours and flowers , they sent me the photo and it was lovely and the recipient loved it. My second one was a gift basket for Easter where I wanted to have some specific Easter chocolates added and specific flowers, and after emailing and explaining things it was done as per my request and again they sent me the photo and was great :) I'm very happy with their services and the way the communication is fast and clear. I recommend Roses Are Red to everybody.

Very user friendly website to order flowers, no phone calls needed (great for overseas orders)! Recipient loved the flowers and a photo was sent to me of the finished arrangement. Highly recommended! Will definiately be using Roses are Red Florist again!

Having had difficulty ordering flowers in the past sue to high costs for pitiful bouquets I found the Rosesarered website. I placed an order and can happily say they are absolutely wonderful! It was so easy to place an order, they have a great selection of arrangements and prices to suit all occasions and budgets. The flowers were beautifully arranged - a photo was sent to me prior to dispatch. Very impressed - highly recommend :)

After looking online for a decent florist (the one our company usually uses still hasn't opened for the new year! pity for them), I stumbled upon the Roses are Red website. It looked to good and easy so I gave them a call and to my amazement they were better than I expected. The photo they sent us of the flowers was awesome and made me feel better on what my colleague was actually getting. Will definitely recommend them =)

After a last minute idea, I placed a order on the way to work in Melbourne ( around 9.30am NZT) which arrived at my mothers work in Papakura two hours later and I even got a photo sent to email of the finished arrangement which looked fantastic. Needless to say she was over the moon, thats right No.1 son status is all thanks to the ladies !!

After a recent hospital experience I received a number of bouquets from florists around Auckland and the ones from Roses Are Red lasted over double the length of time as the others! (one week compared to 2.5!) They also seemed to be the most well put together and had such an amazing colourful selection of flowers.
