Foam rubber rollers covered in vinyl, sit right back in the chair,push back and the chair will go back slowly, lay flat, keeping head on the back of the Laybak when you are horizontal, relax breathe in, tense up stomach muscles and slowly sit up keeping your head on the back of the chair, 3 stages, 1 week-10 days between each stage, slowly progressing at your own level. Can be used when your back is sore, by only going halfway back, or wherever comfortable.
