I have been training at the Academy of Combat for the last 3 years. Geoff's team run a fantastic operation where individuals gain great instruction, improved fitness and flexibility.
There are very few places (if any) that offer the full time setup that Geoff has, where you're able to train 6 days a week in multiple disciplines and also have your kids engaged in separate, dedicated learning classes.

The Academy of Combat is a fantastic place to train, its the best in Christchurch if not New Zealand, I have been with them for 16 years now and have enjoyed everything I have achieved there and done. I have made a lot of friends there and enjoyed the training.

The Academy is a great place to train, the instructors are friendlyand very knowledgeable. I train Muay Thai and MMA there and am really enjoying it. I've made a lot of friends and am fitter then any other time in my life.

World class Brazilian jiu jitsu, Thai boxing and weaponry combat instruction, what more could you ask for? A very friendly and welcoming environment, accessible to all body types and fitness levels. The best way to stay fit and make new friends!

One of the best places to train in CHCH. Geoff Aitken has been in the industry for over 30 years and it shows in his knowledge. The Academy of combat is a cutting edge training place and the only place teaching BJJ and MMA. Geoff's kids program's are fantastic. Thanks for a great place to train and grow. GG
