Found him to be very unprofessional and unpleasant. He walked through the house with his work shoes on, made opinions that weren't sought or relevant to his task, conducted his sideline trademe business inside the house whenever his mobile rang, and didn't appear at all interested in addressing the maintenance issues that he had been made aware of prior to his call and chimney sweep. Was glad when he left. Suggest you ask your neighbours for recommendations, that's what I'll do in the future.
