6th June 2012 Today I visited to return two large rubber stamps as they were priced at double what I paid for the other two I'd bought this weekend. Turns out an entire set of stamps had been put into the wrong box and thus I was mischarged. There was no apology. In fact, salesperson elusively blamed "people" had put in wrong box, not admitting any responsibility from staff. I was happy to substitute for the cheaper ones but there was only a single damaged one left. The rest were the expensive ones. The salesperson had no sense of goodwill or friendliness. In fact, I ended up getting a full refund and not substituting when I had to remind her I'd originally purchased them during the 20% off sale. She couldn't even offer me that! For the sake of a few dollars, I was a customer who left the store quite disgruntled. It had been an extra and inconvenient trip for me, with a tired baby, and there was just no sense of customer service. No nametag on the salesperson meant that she was probably able to get away with it!
