I had an appointment for an eye test with the Vision Specialists on Friday. The receptionist (Geraldine) was professional and friendly, encouraging me to relax while I waited - which wasn't long at all. My optometrist was helpful and showed a clear commitment to helping me find prescription glasses that best suited my needs.

All too often in my experience, pushy salespeople pressure you into buying the most expensive item on the shelf. This was definitely not the case here. If you want reliable and efficient service from eye specialists dedicated to improving your eyesight, consider Vision Specialists Optometrists - the best I've ever experienced.

Excellent service. More importantly they actually listened to what I said and fitted me with contacts lenses that met my work and recreational requirements. I recently called into their premise to see about replacements lenses, as I sometimes tend to do, mislaid my prescribed supply. The chap was most helpful and I walked out with the much needed lenses. What a shame the lovely Geraldine is no longer at Vision Optometrists. She was a most valuable asset to the business, always kind,helpful and friendly.The place is not the same to pop in to anymore without her smiling face.

I popped in off the street to look at range of frames, the lady that served me(Geraldine) was absolutely wonderful and could not be any more helpful, she had an excellent knowledge of all the frames and was honest about what was suiting my face. The lady that tested my eyes was also lovely. I would reccommend if you want an honest opinion that is not trying to sell you something that doesnt look right for you face or out of your budget then go and see Geraldine.
