24th November 2008 The way I determine the kind of service I am going to receive from a service provider is by the way the service provider treats the people who are not their immediate customers (because these people may well be their future customers). I would not use this company as the driver I came across was selfish, rude and generally unpleasant. The dispatcher was unfriendly and unhelpful when I rang to complain about the driver as well.
