I've been going here for well over 12 years, and today, a new barber (a woman) cut my hair at sub standard quality, then at first was physically aggressive, by brushing the cut hair off from my head in a very aggressive manner where it was quite uncomfortable and awkward. I told he I didn't like the job she had done, but paid the full amount regardless. I returned later to have my regular barber to fix it, free of charge, however, this woman was still in the shop, making snide and rude remarks, all of which I could hear. As I left, she seemed to lose her cool and started swearing loudly, so much so that I could hear everything she said from 5 -6 meters away. I returned to inform her that I heard all of it and was disgusted by the way she spoke to me, to which she became more vile and abusive, using the C word, among others. I would not recommended anyone visit this place while she is working there.
