We had a terrible experience with Award Carpets. We were certainly expecting superior service from a small owner-operator company but this was definitely NOT our experience. There was a problem with our order and we understand mistakes happen but the disappointing thing was that they did absolutely nothing to try and rectify the situation. They expected us to wait 3 months or bear additional cost to get it sooner. Appalling service and communication, would not recommend. These guys obviously only care about their big clients like Fletchers - everyday residential people steer clear, you'll get much better service elsewhere.
