I dealt with this firm last year 2007, they were informative as to what had to be done, carried out work promptly and rang me when they said they would to say it would take more time. only servie they didnt or dont offer is a courtesy car, luckily i lived within walking distance of the firm but meant i was stuck home for the day, this may be a problem for some who need cars for daily business
