8th September 2012 Utterly impressed. I rang late on Friday never expecting i could get a Saturday pick up. The co-operative operator was so accommodating and friendly. Today I had calls to confirm guys were on way, had arrived and then were on way to next stop.Then when the arrived they were the nicest and friendliest, as well as fast & strong movers I have seen in ages. Will only be using AA from now on.

21st October 2014 Appalling service, complete scammers. They were a good company a few years ago but are now run by people who are just trying to con you.
Dont be fooled by the cheaper hourly rate they offer, as they just use a bundle of tactics to make the whole move slower and clock up the hours. If you want damaged goods, a huge bill and unprofessional customer service - this is what you will receive if you use AA Carriers.

28th December 2013 I really think this company should look at the insurance they offer. When I booked them no mention was made regarding insurance. On removal day it turned out that if I wanted full insurance I would have to do an inventory. Who has time to do that when they are about to move. There was never any mention of anything I packed myself not being covered, it would have been good to have the option when I initially made inquiries. Fortunately everything I packed was ok. The company is not prepared to repair a chair they damaged and basically never call back, are not available when I call and told me the boss was too busy to call me. What kind of customer service is that?
