11th April 2011 I called today, asked specifically if the chap had a moment to talk, he replied yes. Discussed through my situation, looking for a quote, he quotes $350 minimum, I said can I get you to firm this up for my landlord, i,e, come around and visit us and check out what we need, he pretty much said it wasn't worth it- how rude. He said, I am on a job at the moment, I got to get it done. I was made to feel like I was wasting his time. To be honest, I would not call back this company after that experience. Moving on ... I'll call someone else. Feedback to the company, please do not answer your phone for new potential customers if you are busy. I wouldn't have minded if it went to answer phone.
