5th November 2009 During my time at ITC, I've learnt alot and experienced a lot of challenges. The support from the management team, tutors and reception area is outstanding. The work is not easy but it isn't hard either, especially when you stay focussed and complete assignments on time all the way through. There are also globally recognised certificates that you get to sit for FREE such as IATA ceritificate and foundation studies. You get the feel of it once you complete level 3 and move onto level 4, and then sit the real one once you hit diploma level. IATA level 4 was very challenging but also one of my favourite subjects of all the subjects I completed throughout the year. Their was a huge sense of relief once I completed it because I knew that from then on, I was capable enough to take on IATA foundation. These certificates are particularly recognised globally, so if you wish to work anywhere in the world, this certificate will enable you access to any tourism job nationally and internationally.
You not only do alot of work at school, but their are also student event days that every student gets to partake in right through out the year. These events are designed to be fun, memorable and enables you to express your creativity and imagination towards the projects you and class mates are assigned to. I recommend ITC to anyone who is thinking of studying travel and tourism. I'm so proud to be a part of this experience here at the college and am very grateful for meeting some of the most interesting people on this planet lol!!! FIVE STARS FROM ME!!!
