Very disappointed at the service in this shop. Ordered shoes for my wedding to the exact height of my dress - when shoes arrived 4 weeks later they were 1/2 (1.5cm) taller what I had ordered. They did not apologise at all - and told me it wasn't that big a deal and the dress maker could just take down the hem or sew in a false hem. Luckily I had a nice dress maker who was able to do this at late noticed...but I was pretty shocked at how I was treated. The lady with blond curly hair was extremely rude. Brides - who don't want any last minute stress..I wouldn't advise buying from here.

Yvonne Bennetti's garments are made in china and she takes zero responsibilty or care once you have have made a purchase pretty sad service in this climate. She is happy to admit her garments have a short life span 2-3 season max! For $750. dollar garments you would expect them to be a classic. SAD YVONNE
