24th November 2010 Entering the compact surroundings of this well-staffed eatery, my girlfriend and I (this was a first date and ideal surroundings in which to chat) opened with the selection of Italian breads. The Rosemary was particularly noteworthy and lead us temptingly to the mains.
I chose the Gnocchi with Italian sausage, tomato and cream. An explosion of taste to tempt any keen appetite. It left me feeling warm and satisfied.
My dining companion had the Pumpkin ravioli and said it was amazing. I had to try some, so we exchanged small helpings: she was right!
Helped by a glass each of a fruity sav, this was a meal to savour and the attentive service was a complement to this fine meal.
We shared a fantastic Tiramisu and paid the modest bill, before stepping out in to the chill night air, arm in arm and discussing another visit to Delicious.
12th October 2012 Have been out of town for two and a bit months, was so looking forward to dine at my favourite place, Delicious.
It was so disappointed to find out that the place has all changed - the new seating arrangement and deco have made the place unwelcoming and cold; the big Italian dessert chiller is gone, replaced with a smaller one & limited choice; all new staff crew with a different service experience, too many of them looking at you eating, and less friendly; the food presentation was less authentic and very salty. Can't see the chefs cooking and the kitchen crew has changed as well. The place was much quieter than my visits in years.
Sorry, too many changes for 'not so good' experience and vibe.
Good bye my old Delicious, hope I can find the original chefs from another place again one day!!

26th July 2010 Delicious hit the nail on the head when they were thinking of a name for this truly delicious restaurant. They dont take reservations which I think is testament to the fact that the food and wine is outstanding. The deserts are a must and they even do takeway deserts if you dont fancy a night out.

26th July 2010 Hands down the best pasta in town. At reasonable prices too. Perfect for a romantic one-on-one, a group shindig and everything in between.
