31st July 2011 PLEASE heed mine and others warnings and DO NOT USE this plumber (has also traded as Absolute Plumbing, AAA Absolute).

We contracted to them to replace a water cylinder in a flat (we had already removed the old one and organised the replacement cylinder). While away on business, he called wanting $1200.00 by end of day for labour for 2 staff.
No breakdown or invoice supplied, when questioned about the amount charged to date, plus the extra days charges pending, we paid $750.00 to get job completed & would finalise up on return to Lower Hutt.
They called the next day wanting more money, with yet a higher estimate.
We terminated his employment & replaced with a local Hutt Valley Plumber, who had job completed next morning.
They charged for items I had already supplied, removed tools and parts, left a mess and did not return keys (had to get lock re-keyed for tenant). They were trying to charge for 2 staff on a job, when only 1 person can fit in the confined work space!!

4th February 2011 Gordon Anslow owns this company! Search his name on google and you will see why you should not use this company!
His charges are $96per hour, $135 service call, $48 travel time, and then GST on top for 1 hours labour! almost $300!!!!
I would definately not use this company as they are not qualified to do plumbing! They will over charge you on materials aswell!
There work is below standard! An apprentice could do better than they could!
Be aware of this company, they are out for your MONEY!!!! thats all!

27th September 2007 This firm and Gordon Anslow in particular are the worst tradespeople I have ever dealt with. In addition to being deliberately given incorrect advice, I was grossly overcharged, my credit card was charged without my authorisation, and the quality of their workmanship was crap. It took Gordon about 4 hours to fix two dripping taps. His staff didn't show for days, (and then four of them would be on site, stay for 30 minutes and disappear) - and I was charged an hour's "travel" each time for each of them. Another plumber told me he didn't believe the work they did was necessary in the first place, and that if it had been, it would have taken him around 20 hours - compared to the 65 hours Gordon charged. Don't go near these cowboys. I am complaining to the Plumbers and Gasfitters Board about them (joining a long queue, I would think) - shame I found out too late they had been on Fair Go three times. You will regret it if you let them anywhere near your plumbing or your credit card.
